To Install: Put this .Var file in VAM/AddonPackages
Scene Instructions:

Add Misc/CustomUnityAsset to your scene.
Change physics to No Collision
Load the Custom Unity Asset and Pick Style. Select Move/AlignTo then select your person's Head target.
Change Control settings so it is linked via Physics Link to Person/HeadControl.
Turn Off allow grab, and un-check Allow possess and un-check Interact in Play.
To Adjust just Turn on Control Move/Rotate or change the Size, then change settings back.
