This mod replaces the Novistadors with cows as that was requested for phobia reasons. They'll still behave and sound the same, but they'll look like cows. Note that they won't animate and the hitboxes are like the original Novistadors so hitting them will be tricky.
This mod is compatible with the game as of 2023/04/03, and should work with Japanese and global versions of RE4R.
Install using Fluffy Mod Manager.

I just tested it in 2 places. The first area you ever encountered them and in the big hive with Luis. It worked for me in both areas. Can you try the following and see if that fixes it: - Uninstall all mods - Right-click the game in Steam and click on Properties, Local Files, and then 'Verify integrity of game files' - Click on 'Re-read game archives' in the mod manager - Try installing the mod and going ingame Does that fix it? I'm thinking today's patch could have interfered with the mod install.
