I tried to get this uploaded quickly so the third person mod works again. I would have made this a stable release, but I've done some big-ish changes behind the scenes, so I just wanna make sure those changes haven't caused any compatibility issues. I was compiling with a very old version of Windows SDK and toolset, but now it's compiled using the latest SDK and toolset.
I've added one new option to the config in an attempt to troubleshoot a problem some people are encountering. If you add "DisableBlur: 1" then the blur effect will no longer be rendered when a menu is active. Maybe this will solve the issue some people are having where the mod manager quits immediately as it tries to boot up.
