Here is a very powerful (and one of my favourite techniques) workflow that you need for visual effects in Blender for creating cleanplates or removing objects from real videos!
Its a very common thing in cinema movies and its amazing that we can do it in Blender so easily.
You can follow this tutorial using a video made by yourself, OR you can decide to use the same footage used in the video. In that case you can download it from tier 2,3,4 of the Patreon here https://www.patreon.com/posts/assets-blender-70004253 in which you also have access to all assets/original projects/ etc.
