At the link below you can download an example file + the footage of the tutorial that will come out tomorrow.
The tutorial will show how you can insert visual effects / CGI inside the water of a real footage with a turbulent river with waves.

Personally I was always scared that one day somebody would have asked this to me, and for this reason I decided to dig into it :D

Note: this is not the usual tutorial about reflection on the water. The particular challenging thing in this is that I will use a footage of a river full of waves and ripples, is not just a flat lake surface (which would be very easy to work on).
