Chrome extension update available
Added 2020-06-22 18:29:34 +0000 UTCYesterday, the Chrome extension v3.1.0 got approved, and with some additional changes from this morning which are already available (v3.1.1), too (*knocks on wood*) the update is probably propageted to all of you already. As problematic as the first big updates was, it really seems to go through smoothly now, I like that.
It's just important that you update the companion module, vtta-dndbeyond from the Foundry installer, too, because there were some changes that are not backwards-compatible. You will get a notification whenever an update is available in-game from now on - please provide feedback if you find that disturbing or helpful.
Some other things are a little Tutorial that appears when you are starting the native client, ie. the Foundry .exe, Linux/Mac binary application that prevents the Chrome extension to connect. Based on your feedback in the other post, there will be some smallish tutorials in the future describing common pitfalls to ease the on-boarding of new users.
For those that would like to contribute scene settings: I will provide a small video about how to do that soon. Watch this space.
