____
Eijirou's favorite thing in the world is simple. His family. He kicks off his shoes before wiggling his stiff toes on the shag rug Katsuki loves so much. He loves hero work as much as workaholic Ground Zero but theres nothing better than coming home to them at the end of the day. The house is strangely silent other than Kenta and King's paws scraping against the hardwood as they scamper up to greet the redhead. Eijirou doesn't have to wonder where his husband is for long, he watches King quickly lose interest in his arrival before disappearing down the hall towards the bedrooms.
He knows better than to be loud at this point and quietly heads to their shared bedroom. Now this, this was his favorite sight in the entire world. Katsuki lay tucked between two small bodies, one of which was fast asleep, scrolling through the daily news on his phone. He gave Eijirou no more than a quick glance but that was all the redhead needed to know he was welcomed into their small bubble. Hes had years to understand his husbands mannerisms.
Gently, without trying to stir the sleeping bundle in a cat onsie, he tucks himself in between the two before reaching back and tucking Akane against the small of his back. She curls against his warmth before dozing off again. His husband slings his leg over his thigh locking him in place, phone forgotten. Eiko makes a small noise in response to the shifting of the bed. Stuffed lion clutched tightly in her tiny hands, he coos at the sight. She reaches one small palm out towards her father and Eijirou is quick to offer his finger as the next thing she can crush in her ridiculously strong baby grip. Eiko giggles loudly swinging his appendage around for her delight.
"Hello Love, How was your day?" Katsuki whispers against his neck.
"Better now." He answers.
The bed creaks as a rottweiler and doberman join laying by their feet. Katsuki huffs in irritation. He hisses something along the lines of 'Damn dogs' and the sturdy hero is certain.
Definitely better now.
