Air powered plane - Update

After making some modifications to the air engine, it is finally time to see if it'll fly! Will hopefully have the video uploaded by the weekend. Also, I'm considering making a tutorial just for you guys on how to print, prep and run this engine, who would be interested?

Eu gosto de experimentar novas ideias.

I think that would be fun

Would love a tutorial on this.

I would love a tutorial. and keep up the good work i love your Vids, oh and good luck in school

I'm thinking of making a video to show a few things that need to be considered when making the engine, other than the basic printing, smoothing and assembling. For example, the engine should only be run in one direction or the screw holding the connecting rod to the crank will un-thread itself.

Yes I used to build water rockets as a kid! Large 10 litre rockets that reached 408ft (my personal record haha), so slightly more advanced than what you'd expect from a 'kid' haha! I'm thinking of making a video to show a few things that need to be considered when making the engine, other than the basic printing, smoothing and assembling. Thanks!

Air powered things are awesome. I think the last video you did on the air engine was sufficient; the only thing you forgot to film was acetone smoothing, cutting the rubber, putting in the spring, and maybe sanding? What else would you include in the video?

That looks great. Definitely on my to-do list. A tute would be good or at least a video identifying the major issues identified in the build. By the looks of those spliced bottles you have made water rockets before. They're good fun too. Maybe you could combine them somehow... Looking forward to seeing the plane in action.
