To add to the previous post which I agree with, I believe you offer a lot of content for the lowest tier so I do not think you should feel pressured into making so many promises. After everything that happened it is very important that you do not make empty promises as most of us still here have decided to trust you even with all that has happened

Hey Cookie,
a little digression about customer loyalty and self-marketing:
1. you promise a customer only the minimum of what you can deliver and sell the more as exclusive for the customer. E.g. If you get into the situation of only being able to upload one video every now and then due to cookiehub.gg, then you also only offer one video to the customer. Every video that comes more, you sell as a super great bonus. Why? A gift always gives the customer a better feeling than a rejection.
2. It is typical in business to separate backend and frontend, even in terms of time. For example, customer contact can take place four days a week and one day you do all the stuff in the background. So you could say for example: 1 video per day Mon - Thu and on Friday you give a short update on cookiehub.gg and then do the organizational stuff.
3. never never never promise the customer something that is not 100% in your control and that can't be done 100% at a certain time. For example, you can't promise the customer to give away skins in the future (for one thing, because you still have tons of skins to give away, just as an aside), because you don't know what your financial situation will be like by then. Better to focus on that and make only those promises that are 100% in your control. For example, you can promise to stream 2 hours every Saturday (but then you can't miss any Saturday). What also doesn't work is to promise to stream 10 minutes longer for every sub (see point 3, 100% control and such).
