Every single new best ADC build for Patch 13.10 will be live on CookieHub the day the patch happens. If there are any changes after that I will be instantly updating them. Lots and lots of hours being spent on this but I hope that it helps you guys. :3

It's for the next Patch (13.10) pretty much all of the builds are different from the live servers. I will also be uploading it on Patreon of course before the patch happens. I suppose I should have mentioned that in the title. My bad!
