Question to you all
Added 2021-07-12 11:19:54 +0000 UTCI’ve been tossing up the idea of creating a second YouTube channel (probably called “Dave’s Hard Lemonade”
And keeping TCAP content there.
A few reasons.
- I think the algorithm gets confused as to who to show my videos to. Seeing as there’s 2 different styles going up. TCAP and true crime .
- I am a very organised person and having the two styles go up side by side sort of grates on me
- I am wondering if some people get turned off by the TCAP content and may be hesitant to sub or vica verca
- the TCAP content makes my channel constantly in a “unable to play ads” zone.
So keeping the two styles of content seperate is starting to make a little sense . What do you all think? Good idea ? Terrible idea?
I wouldn’t change anything about how I’m releasing content , just where it’s going .

I found you through true crime (JCS style video) and while that was great the TCAP series did it for me. Some of the best content out there. That being said I would not mind if you would split them and would sub to both channels. You should do what you think it is best to enable you to hopefully do this full time at some point. It might be a bit early tho to split the subs as I imagine it is hard to get everyone to sub to a second channel right away. Have a good one Dave
