Oh, and before I forgot. Since I watched all Star Trek (last three years in slow pace) I would recommend watching DS9 in order. Very rewarding experience if you have time. And I actually agree, I also found that Star Wars games (Jedi Outcast and KOTOR) made me love Universe more, than movies did it. I watched both Universes, and I like them equally, personally.

Hi! Thank you for the answers! I'll need to think about them a bit, may be I'll ask follow-ups in a month or two (if it's Ok). I just want to point out one thing (you don't mind?). "Closer to the latest Doom game than anything else I can think of right now, especially with the ledge grabbing. The sliding sets it apart too from older games. " Ledge grabbing in Prey done in exact same way it was in Thief Dark Project (1998), that you, as you mentioned earlier, didn't play (which is Ok, not many done it). Not sure about sliding, though (earliest I think is Mirror's Edge, but that game, I consider, modern), though it's a pretty minor thing in my eyes. I think, one of the aspects, about Prey I found pretty old-school (I think) is that you can use glue gun to traverse on walls in any way player wants. It's a bit similar to rope arrows in Thief DP/MA (any wood material could be used), unlike "modern" Thief (2014). There is a video, that mentioned that thing ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPqwDGXxLhU ) if you're interested. P.S. I didn't finish Prey. I just finished The Ringed City, and the very next day my VGA died, and miners bought all the GPUs in local stores (looks like for a month there will be lack of more or less powerful GPUs, so I can only play older games). And I just wanted to finish Nier and Prey ( Oh well, I bought Horizon Zero Dawn, at least it's a reason to use PS4 xD
