Moskowien Dissolution Rough Draft

The anchor's outline does like a bit like it has a green screen effect around it, especially around where the body overlaps the TV/Computer(?) and the Spasskaya Tower (at 1:00) you can see the fuzziness appear. Also the Canadian flag shown in the sign off section is time wise incorrect as the Moskowien Dissolution take place in 1963, earlier then the Great Canadian flag debate which take around 1964/65, where the "Maple Leaf" flag we know today as Canada national flag appears, so it should show the Canadian Red Ensign when the Moskowien Dissolution happens. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_Red_Ensign
