Script-Writing Behind the Scenes

After this, I type it up. By separating my process into three steps, I have three different opportunities to check my work, think of new things, and add new elements.
Yes, each and every script is written this small.

Are the annotations you utilize something you developed over time or are they some sort of writing standard for scripts/communication?
