Dev Update 01

Hey everyone!

It’s been about a month since we released our demo of Edgefield and we just wanted to say thank you for all your support! We’ve been so grateful for the overall response.

Since then, we’ve been hard at work on the next update, and we wanted to share some of what we’ve been up to!

Narrative Progress
We’ve officially mapped out the full narrative of the next update and have begun writing! We've blocked out and played the entire update using temporary art and have determined that it should take you at least a full in-game week to complete the new content. Here’s a taste of some of what’ll be included in the next release!

• 40 new scenes of varying lengths

• New Friendship / Flirting opportunities

• A new intimate scene (not a full-on sex scene, but things definitely heat up)

• More nudes and sexting content

• Three new characters! (more info on this in the future)

  

New Phone Apps
We’re expanding the phone with some new apps that will help you get through your freshman year!

• Image Gallery App – View all the photos you've received

• Grade Tracking App – Stay on top of your classes and academic progress

• Online Store App – Browse and buy items straight from your phone

• To Do List App - Keep track of your task and missions

New Game Mechanics
We’re adding new ways to engage with the world!

• Studying & Exam System – Academic performance is important!

• Job Minigame – Earn money!

• Room Customization Options – More ways to make your space your own!

• Mailroom System – For all your online shopping deliveries!

• 2 New Demon Master Cards – Gotta collect em all!

Steam & Trailer News
Incase you missed it, Edgefield now has a Steam page, though we're waiting on one more round of approval before the demo is available. It should be available to download within the next few days, so be sure to wishlist it and help spread the word!

Our First Patreon Poll
We're also excited to announce our first Patreon Poll that will take place sometime in the next few days. We want your help to determine which characters are included in a number of specific scenes in our next update! So keep your eyes open for that post!
