-My current health: my weight loss progress, high blood pressure, success with a proper diet discipline
I have plans with a chiropractor that might explain the reason why blood pressure is high at such a young age. It might also fix my chronic anxiety. I'll let you guys know how it goes as this is a major challenge in my life at the moment.
