I hope you had a great start and a wonderful day. Thank you for this amazing year together as a community.

I wish for you all to be in great health all year. Give yourself the time and love you deserve. We only live once, so don't push it too hard. Sometimes getting out of bed is the best we can do some days - and it's completely fine. Not performing all the time doesn't make you less worthy of a human. I hope you can continue to think more positively this year and find some comfort in asmr. Keep going, you are amazing!
