Hasn't he done great in FIBA with the same ball back in 2013 and prior?

Sadly I watched the whole game. Watching Steph get brutalized by these other guards through the Olympics has been hard to watch. Somehow, he defends NBA guards better through the season. Go figure

I wish Steph didn't care about the Olympics. Obviously he would be utilized differently in this team. His pre-game routine is different. FIBA world is different. I'm wondering was it 100% his decision to do this or did an oldass Team USA member talked him into it.
Gen-Z doesn't care about the Olympics. Maybe we will check out some of the cute TikToks.
It's OLD ASS PEOPLE (millennials and beyond) who are obsessed with Olympics Twitter/TikTok, counting the medals & points, and obsessed with controversies.

agreed... you see it a lot at these AAU tournaments, small team comes out like gangbusters but only goes 5-6 deep

Oh I believe the ball is in Steph's head , definitely. If he makes the first couple maybe it's not in his head but we know how he shoots, this aint the way he has ever shot an NBA or college ball. It's also maybe less touches, and being a team first guy he wants to pass but still this is weird what he's shooting like.

It was noticeable, that Puerto Rico ran out of gas by the end of the 1st. They started too aggressive.

A basketball should be uniform in material and feel all around, that's both the simplest and most logical way to design it. Talk about reinventing the wheel.

true Iv seen a couple times where he hasn't stuck his landing like he typically does. To me I dont watch his landings as much as others because there is usually so little elevation to begin with. My daughters club team played in this Adidas tourney and so of course they used a Adidas ball... worst shooting I had ever seen from her and her team, I know people dont like the ball excuse and steph will never say it.. but its a real thing.

Steph just hasn't looked in sync and balanced when he shoots from 3. With how much he's running around and competing on defense from the jump, I'm wondering if it's a combination of not only the FIBA ball and playing with other stars, but also not having his legs underneath him?

Weird. YTTV had the whole game, which came from the NBC feed.
