COMMON FAQ/ ANSWERS
Q: When do I send my request?
A: You must send it by the 20th of every month! This helps me ensure that everyone's will be done in time before the end of the month. All requests are to be sent either via telegram message @joefiart or via email at joefiartinfo@gmail.com. (Please include, description of what you want, a reference of your character, your Patreon name, or characters name)

Q: Where can I find the Patreon rewards Queue?
A: You can find the queue on my Trello under the Patreon column!

Q: Do rewards stack?
A: No. You get one set of rewards each month. This is why it is important to get your request in on time! NOTE: If you miss the window to get your request in you will not be issued a refund for that month

Q: Do you send WIPs of the art rewards?
A: Not usually though I may post them in the Patreon WIPs chat on telegram and discord.

Q: Can I request 18+ Art?
A: yes. NOTE: You have to be 18+ in order to request this kind of art. If I find out you are a minor you will be removed and blacklisted from my commissions for the foreseeable future.

Q: I just pledged to you for the first time, and it's after the 20th. Can I still get my reward?
A: Even if it's later in the month you chose to pledge you can still get your reward as long as the request is sent before the closing window after the 20th.

Q: What kind of stuff are you willing to do for Telegram stickers?
A: If you are unsure if I will do something or not just ask! But here is a list of what I commonly do. You can also check my list on my website at the bottom of my TOS page.
- memes
- simple YCH "hugs, kissing"
- specific expressions or emotes
- your character cosplaying as a pop character
- artistic liberty
These are not the only options you can of course request other things these are just common themes for stickers. (NOTE: with sticker commission keep in mind the character may be simplified to match the style.)

Q: What species do you draw?
A: ANY! This includes humanoids!

Q: I need your info sticker, where can I get it?
A: Just shoot me a DM or email! You may also be able to find it through my telegram channel or Patreon posts.

Q: Can I add to my reward like another character?
A: YES! If you want to you can add an additional character. Adding additional characters will add an additional cost which varies on the kind of piece. I will send you an invoice via PayPal and it will need to be paid before I can start.
