I honestly don't know in the Ky vs. Lee thing...Lee is clearly a better scorer and is emerging as a rebounder with some defensive intensity, but Ky has energy, grit--all the intangibles. Let's keep both and ditch Poole or something. Seriously. Trade Burks. He's probably gone after this year anyway, unless some of the other journeymen journey on and we waste the MLE on Burks rather than, say, splitting it between Ky and Lee...? (Assuming we can do that.)

2019-12-30 17:58:38 +0000 UTCI love what Lee is doing this year but if it's a choice between him and Bowman, I'm on Team Bowman. Bowman is much younger, more athletic, plays better defense, and has more competitive fire than just about anyone not named Green. Plus, I think that what Lee is doing now isn't necessary when Klay and Steph return. We'll always need what Bowman provides, especially in the playoffs. Of all of our young crew, I'm highest on Bowman and Chriss for the future.

I’m just worried that with DLO playing so well that we might not find ourself in the bottom 3. But I don’t think it matters now, I think the Mavs game was the decider. If they won that game they would’ve had a choice to make. Now the choice has solidified. Find a way to fully tank and trading Burks soon may be there first action in that direction.

I mean, JP basically got swapped with Ice in his vines DLO and as much as I want that top 5 pick,,,this so called loaded West is looking a lot more depleted than advertised. Wouldn’t the 8th seed and just an opportunity to knockout any of these contenders worth giving up that asset to see the growth of all these young Warriors?

We could legit run out several viable 4-guard lineups (though most splash bro lineups are de facto viable). I don’t really wanna see any of those dudes go though. If we lean into position-less basketball and just put out our 5 best guys, who goes?

He seems like he'd fit great in the 3rd guard role once Steph comes back, I dunno... Hopefully the front office can pull some magic and keep them both.

Really enjoying these breakdowns Alch since I haven't been able to watch many of the games live. It's keeping me in tune with all these young guys and pumped for next season.
