But since the turn of the year we have had two and generally we see these higher readings with major flaring, or moderate flaring that has combined with coronal hole streams. In this case, neither existed.

I think it would be very interesting to have a rudimentary system where people can input the levels of their own migraines then see how they corresponded to these various high incoming energy levels. It would just be a crude comparison and rely on coincidental findings so I see it’s own likelihood to create mistaken data. But it could reveal something insightful if the results for many people agree within geographically consistent locations . Or not. : )
