Post summer update...

I'm back from vacation, but it's been pretty rough. First of all, family vacation went great, and I managed to use exercise and running to keep the worst of summer depression away until I got home. Almost.

But as some of you may have heard, I won't be drawing at Beyond the Gates this year, and the stress of getting the courage to say no to their laughable offer, after so many rounds of hopeless negotiations, gave me sleepless nights towards the end of the vacation. At that time I had to stop running, because I hadn't slept. And then I finally got a cold on the way back to Norway. Not covid.

So predictably the summer depression I had kept at bay came in full force. This is just about the same time as it happened last year as well, but then it was because I hurt my shoulder. Would I have managed to keep it at bay until it disappeared if I hadn't stopped running? Who knows.

I'm still fighting the cold, and I'm still stressed about Beyond the Gates, but I also have good news.

Tomorrow I'll be exhibiting at Galleri Fjalar again. Not only some of the Marefjes drawings and metal art, but also my 1349 art, and for the first time the original art from Solstafir "Svartir Sandar".

And my big Odin & Fenris painting.

On another note, I haven't made videos promoting Patreon all summer. I did make text posts about it daily on TikTok, Insta, Facebook, and Twitter, and through that month period I got... 6 new patrons.

So now, after making 1 new video about Patreon, I've gotten.... Waaay more than 6.
