The outside is very specious with its deck, pool and jacuzzi. This home is slight decorated of the holiday and ready for your sims family to put the finishing touches on it. (I didn't want to go overboard with the holiday decorations). This is a 40x30 lot.
PS: There is also a space over the garage that you can use as you like!
