This is the 2 bedroom, 2 bath with laundry room and extra room for you to make into anything you want, another bedroom, game room, office or studio. The 3rd room is off the laundry room in the basement. Packs used but not required are: Snowy Escape, Eco Living, Seasons, StranerVille, Perfect Patio and Industrial Loft Kit.
