The outdoor signs have 2 other swatches with different names for the daycare center. This gives you options as to what you would like yours to be called. Build & Recolors all done by me! Packs needed are: Get To Work, Get Together, Parenthood, Kids Room Stuff.

Hey Queen. So you have to put all the CC in your mods folder in the sims 4 folder. Then you put the Tray files in the tray files folder. Once you do that. The lot will be on your gallery. Make sure the show customer content button is checked on the left on the gallery. You can place the lot from there. Let me know if that helps you.
