Modest 1brd 1 bath 2nd story apartment

This build doesn't need the elevator mode which was include in my other apartment builds as this one has outside stairs to get to the front door. Packs need are: Get Together, Romantic Garden, Cats and Dogs, Back yard stuff, Season and jungle adventure. Please make sure to have bb.moveobjects on when placing this lot.
