New Tiers and Tier Reward Revamp!
It’s been a while since we’ve touched the tier rewards and we feel that it’s time improve some things. Here are the changes that are coming:
$20 Tier is Reopening with new rewards and new name: Mocha
The legacy Cappuccino tier has been discontinued for a long time now because the amount of work for it detracted too much from actual development on Doku’s end. Instead, here is what this tier will now include.

- Access to secret game area. This particular area is used for debugging/testing on our end but I’ll be cleaning it up a bit in order for you guys to see what goes on behind the scenes. You’ll be able to find unused concepts, characters and easter eggs here.
- Access to unstable builds. These builds may be in the middle of testing and are going to be released around the middle of the month.
In any case, this version of the game will be available within the next few days for those that join this tier.
$50 Tier Being Added: The Golden Bean
It’s been brought to our attention by some of our patrons with custom pledges that the limited $30 tier just isn’t an adequate way for them to show their support for our work. With this in mind, we’re opening a new $50 tier for those that wish to contribute a higher amount without any major reward aside from our undying gratitude.
As always, you guys can check out the revamped tier descriptions on the side in order to see what they now include. We expect to retain these tier levels until we’re near the end of development for Project Cappuccino, at which point we will then introduce rewards for the next title we’ll be developing.
Changes to the Weekly Progress Log:
Because of the holidays, we’re going to be condensing the weekly progress log in order to maximize development time. Instead of the usual weekly log, it will be twice a month, once in the middle and once near the end. This will also serve to give you guys a fuller progress log with a wider look at what’s been happening instead of spreading everything out into 4 or 5 small logs. If this ends up being the method that you guys prefer, we’ll keep it going forward!
That’s all for now! Until next time!

P.S: The Player’s Tongue won the poll that we had this week and will be added next. Thanks for voting!
