This is what our friends at Axia have to say about their new campaign:

Tales of the Old World is a line of heroic 28mm models set in a Low Fantasy, European Middle Ages inspired world where legends and folklore are as real as the rising and setting of the sun. Its focus is not on glorious warriors and monsters alone - but on the less common and more mundane inhabitants as well, such as NPCs and Civilians, who go about their normal lives as best they can while wars and raids rage about them.
The First Project, "The Exiles strike back!" was focused on not-so shiny Exiled Knights with the vow to take back the Western Fortress, while the second Kickstarter was about an even darker and more grim theme: the implacable Hunters of both Witches and Wretches: The Witch Scourgers. While third project instead, focuses on their enemies, what seems was the cause of the destruction of the City, the masters of the night, the adepts of the dark, the Blood Raiders.
Now the story goes on, introducing some survivors of once mighty Sisterhood of the Blinded Guardians, their abbey once the bastion of faith of the City, now a smouldering ruin, their mighty warriors now just walking husks sustained by the thorns of faith, their stern gazes gone, replaced by the Eyes of Fate.
