In October the Dwarves put all the riches of their mining into their mettle with the Iron Warriors. Heavy armored and an well armed the Iron Warriors are the mainstay of a Dwarf Army, and staying is exactly what they do. Difficult to remove due to their resilience, getting close is a mistake. But thanks to the Iron Marksmen there's no safety at range either, bringing heavy fire rifles down to bear on their foes.
The Goblin Reclaimers touch down on long forgotten ruins of wasted planets that were taken back by the flora and fauna. The Champ and their Shooter Mob and Commandos search through all the scrap for things they can use to help their travels through the cosmos looking for friends long gone. Bikers scout ahead, looking for old settlements, sometimes finding some that aren't so abandoned.
Please remember that these are early WIP shots of the models and not the final versions of the models.

October is the month we ask the Dwarves, what are they mining for? The answer of course is metal to build out their underground cities and create their impressive inventions. But also to arm themselves. The Rune Lord's Doomcart is an extension of their runic abilities, magical coal in the cart increasing their ability to cast spells. The Army Standard tells the history of the Dwarves in iron runes and tapestry, a dire reminder to the enemies of dwarves who've come before and lost. Iron Warriors are the battle hardened dwarves who's job it is to be fighters. Armed well with rune scribed hammers and hefty shields, they stand in the way between the ordinary mountain folk and the horrors that seek to assault them. The Iron Marksmen are Iron Warriors trained in the use of fire rifles, their heavy arms and armor requiring lots of strength to keep a steady aim. The Dwarven Bolt thrower launches using traditional tensed bow strings, but the addition of steam pressure and heat from a furnace of coal means it doesn't only skewer through armor at a really high speed, but burns and melts what it gets caught inside of, for even more damage to large beasts and enemy war machines.
In October The Goblin Reclaimers set out into the stars to search for friends and treasures. The Goblin Champ is a hero to their collective, always the first out searching out for the best treasure on new worlds. The Goblin Weirdo is a bit of an outcast as it's name might suggest, not really fitting in with the other goblins because of the lighting that sometimes flies out from it's finger tips. But they still get to be in charge... probably because of the lightning thing. When Goblins explore it's always in packs, most of them carrying some form of scrounged gun, these Shooter Mobs make up the bulk of an encounter with goblins which actually tends to be a lot of bulk. Goblin Commandos have perfected skulking around and clambering over junk piles and debris. They tend to understand the technology they find a little better than other goblins which means they're almost always better armed too. The Goblin Bikers picked up the habit of going fast from some of the other species of the sector, always searching for parts to upgrade their bikes with, they're on a never ending quest to end up like the Biker Champ, having the best ride on which to travel through the wastes of destroyed planets.
Also in October is the last of the Human Empire Titans, the Earth Titan. This large Elemental Boar shakes the ground as it charges forth, rampaging as it stomps with hooves and gores with tusk. It's rider, an Empire Mage, lifts and throws stones using it's magic, or creates an eruption of beautiful, but deadly, crystal shards.
For Age of Fantasy: Quest the Saurian Ranger lends his tracking skills to the team. This Gecko is a silent operative using a blow gun to take out patrols quietly with poison darts. When he focuses he never misses his marks and the paralyzed solders he leaves in his wake create chaos among the guard.
In Grimdark Future: Star Quest the HDF Biomancer is a master of gene manipulation that he uses to give his unit strange boons to their bodies. Through both psychics and chemistry he always has a concoction or spell for every situation.
In October, the shadows of the Xenos Jungle get a little darker. The Medium Jungle terrain is taller and wider obstacles meant to block movement and create lanes through the ground layer, something to hide behind but not necessarily shout through.

In November the Dwarves release the hounds...of steam and stone. The Champion with Myth Stone is an intimidating presence in battle, showing off the weight able to be endured by the dwarves stout bodies. The Champion on Beast Construct and their Beast Construct Riders are the pinnacle of Dwarven engineering. The mines not exactly a hotbed of wildlife to tame, the dwarves took the question of mounts to wrench and forge instead, creating their own cavalry in which to take them into battle. The Hammer Elites take up great hammers, heavy and powerful. Their momentous charge a unstoppable force of destruction instead of the usual building dwarves use hammers for. The Stone Thrower is a uniquely direct war machine of the dwarves. It takes a stone from here, and puts it over there, through walls and enemy ranks.
The Goblin Reclaimers in November turn up the chaos that tends to follow them around somehow. The Jetpack Champ and Jetpack Mob are some of the braver of the Goblins that weren't shy about strapping on some flight tech and seeing how far it gets them. Pretty far it turns out. The Storm Champ and Storm Mob know that not every situation can be solved with just a gun. Though they do bring pistols of course, they're more up close focused as not every junk pile can be as open as they want it to be. The Walker Champ and his Death Walkers are something that were put together by some of the more clever goblins. Large mech suits like they've seen some of the other races use, equipped to fight in battles they sometimes find themselves in or help lift beams and move rubble when excavating strange sites.
The Legendary for November is the Dwarves Helicopter Construct. Patrolling the skies around their mountain cities, these flying battle barges are one of the first lines of defense to ward off any invaders. Just the sight of one should be enough to ward away any enemies, but when that's not enough it's battery of ground facing guns should do the trick.
Oh and in January we're revisiting the War and Plague Daemons.

Here is the roadmap for the next few months:
November - Dwarves & Goblin Reclaimers
December - Dwarves & Goblin Reclaimers + New Loyalty Rewards
January - Daemons of War + Daemons of Plague
That's it for now, happy wargaming!
