Join the Campaign here!

If you're eager to jump into playing with the all new Narrative Heroes we just released alongside the Vampiric Undead Faction Book, we've made it even easier to get started! We've put together five new Official Army Lists that you can grab and use right away. Each of these lists were themed around one of the new Narrative Heroes that you can get right now in the Vampiric Undead Unveiled campaign on MyMiniFactory's Frontiers!

These lists were also designed to be easy to 3D print using the combined STL models that you can get with the campaign, making them each a great way to get started playing Age of Fantasy quickly.

Four of the lists are for Age of Fantasy at 1,500 points with one of the new Narrative Heroes at its center. The last list is a 250 point Age of Fantasy: Skirmish list for Latmyir The Mad.

The submissions are in, and now it's time to vote for your favorites!

At the top of the post, you'll find concept art previews of some of our models releasing in September.

October is the month we ask the Dwarves, what are they mining for? The answer of course is metal to build out their underground cities and create their impressive inventions. But also to arm themselves. The Rune Lord with Doomcart uses the magical properties of certain coals to affect his rune casting. By bringing a cart load of it with him he can cast better and stronger magic, and the doom cart is also a convenient place to store some of his equipment. The Army Standard tells the history of the Dwarves in iron runes and tapestry. That story a dire reminder to the enemy of those who's come against the Dwarves before and lost. The Iron Warriors are the battle hardened dwarves who's jobs are to be fighters. Armed well with rune scribed hammers and hefty shields, they are who stand in the way between the ordinary mountain folk and the horrors that seek to assault them. The Iron Marksmen are Iron Warriors trained in the use of fire rifles. While their weapons keep the enemy at range, their job is still very demanding on their stout bodies, their heavy arms and armor require lots of strength to keep a steady aim. The Bolt thrower is a pretty standard war machine for a variety of militaries around Tyria, but the Dwarves have of course added to theirs in ways that only make it even more deadly. While it launches using traditional tensed bow strings, the addition of steam pressure and heat from a furnace of coal means it doesn't only skewer through armor at a really high speed, but burns and melts what it gets caught inside of, for even more damage to large beasts and enemy war machines.

In October The Goblin Reclaimers set out into the stars to search for friends and treasures. The Goblin Champ is a hero to their collective, always the first out searching out for the best treasure on new worlds and creating the plans for reclamation. Their experience is what got them this far and that includes combat with all sorts of weird aliens and monster. The Goblin Weirdo is a bit of an outcast as it's name might suggest, not really fitting in with the other goblins because of the lighting that sometimes flies out from it's finger tips. But they still get to be in charge... probably because of the lightning thing. When Goblins explore it's always in packs, most of them carrying some form of scrounged gun, these Shooter Mobs make up the bulk of an encounter with goblins which actually tends to be a lot of bulk. Goblin Commandos have perfected skulking around and clambering over junk piles and debris. They tend to understand the technology they find a little better than other goblins which means they're almost always better armed too. The Goblin Bikers picked up the habit of going fast from some of the other species of the sector, always searching for parts to upgrade their bikes with, they're on a never ending quest to end up like the Biker Champ, having the best ride on which to travel through the wastes of destroyed planets.

Also in October is the last of the Human Empire Titans, the Earth Titan. This large Elemental Boar shakes the ground as it charges forth, rampaging as it stomps with hooves and gores with tusk. It's rider, an Empire Mage, lifts and throws stones using it's magic, or creates an eruption of beautiful, but deadly, crystal shards.

For Age of Fantasy: Quest in October, The Saurians Ranger keeps a watchful eye over his party from the branches. With a silent blowgun as his weapon of choice, most of it's adversaries never even notice the cloaked gecko before there's a poisoned dart stuck in some exposed area where armor never thought to cover.

In October for Grimdark Future: Star Quest the Human Defense Force Biomancer uses chemical warfare to smoke out rooms and create chaotic distractions for his squad to sneak through unseen. Equip him with kits and injectors to help out himself and his unit with some chemical courage.

That's it for now, happy wargaming!

Hello and welcome to One Page Rules! To get started with the game you'll want to grab the rules for free on the website here: https://www.onepagerules.com/resources Then once you got the basics of how the game works, to build your armies you'll want to do so on Army Forge. Just select your factions and the amount of points you'd like to play then build an army from the units that you have: https://army-forge.onepagerules.com/ You will want two forces, and even though Undead vs Undead is still two forces, seeing as how you backed us this month you also have some Dwarves and some Orc Marauders, both with enough to build small armies from. With The Dwarves you can make a whole Berserker army even! Just make sure your Patreon E-mail and MMF E-mail are the same. Also as a Patreon, you get a 50% off discount code for pretty much everything on our MMF with only a few exceptions for new campaigns and PDFs. So you can grab anything you missed or want right now. As an Extra bonus for the next 9 Days MMF is still having their Summer sale so you can get everything for 70% off instead as a patreon. (but only a few more days for August Patreons so if you don't plan on backing next month you'll want to use it in the next few days.) Lastly we do about 4 campaigns a year for Faction Books, Mission Packs and Narrative Campaigns. Like with the Vampiric Undead Unveiled, we always make the armies in those campaigns fully available for purchase at a great discount, so you can always wait until the next one if you like to buy things all together like that instead.

I really don't like the feathers, personal i'm feel they should be more a thouch of an industrial/ mechanic shop design. Just a lot of oil and grease

Darkwings

Hi, I haven’t played yet. I just picked up the Undead Tier 4 pack on MMF. What else do I need to be able to play some games at home with friends who drop by? I guess I’d need another opposing faction, but should I wait for another Frontier release on MMF?

Geoffrey Poleur

I actually would prefer a nice balance. Not so shiny that it looks brand new, but definitely not cludged together like 40k orks/mad max. My perfect aesthetic would be to make it clear that it is scrapped together from mismatched bits, but show that they've put the time and care into making it look good despite that.

beanstheclown .

Very hype for the Goblins. Contrary to some other comments, I am loving the feathery bird aesthetic on these guys. The bikes especially are already giving me ideas for a Kamen Rider inspired leader...

beanstheclown .

SciFi rats is literally the army I am most clamoring for right now. I need models and lore drops ASAP.

beanstheclown .

Gobs are awesome! Mega vibes like Wez from (Mad Max) Road Warrior!

Darren Hudman

I don't like the feathers of the goblins, in my opinion it makes them lose personality since they seem to be a copy of the orcs. A style more appropriate to them would be much better. A scrap metal aesthetic would be perfect.

Adeya Minari

Exactly. Nuts and bolts ✌️

Marcin Drewek

im so excited for the goblins! they look awesome so far

burento

Just make sure the Goblins don't look to shiny...they bike looks like new. Tinker will use trash and waste to build & upgrade their stuff. Can't wait for the reclaimers :-)

Jörn Junghänel

Feathers and tribal on the weirdo makes sense I guess but I was really hoping for techno mad max look to them. Almost rust-cyberpunk goblins. Always looking forward to what comes out, I actually liked the swat merc orks. but scrap fetishs and metal dangly bits is my head cannon atm though.

Spaz fragg

Goblins look fun.

Daniel Allison

I think it depends. I could see some Gobs taking bird feathers and mixing it with scrap leather and metal. I think if it sticks to characters models, that'll be fine. I def don't want them to be "works but small." Like, I enjoy the look of the Gob Weirdo, the Champion does look a little too tribal though.

Seki

I'm so excited for the goblins. I've been wanting sci-fi goblins and rats for sooooo long. Can't wait to see how the models turn out.

Seki

I _love_ the goblins. I’ve been eagerly anticipating a first peek at them, love their big ears and scrappy gear. So good! Also that bolt thrower slaps and the marksman also makes me want to deliver flaming hot dwarf judgement to my enemies across the table!!!!

C

Not feeling the "feathers". Reclaimers suggest that they are more about scrap and trash. Don't double the Orks ✌️
