Added 2023-09-14 23:15:16 +0000 UTC3rd Edition Update - v3.1.0 Released
Over the last week we have been making a lot of small updates in Army Forge, re-phrasing special rules to be clearer, fixing broken point costs and upgrade lists, and generally cleaning up things according to your feedback. Most of these changes were relatively small, so we won't be going over every change here.
However, there were some bigger things that players pointed out, which have required us to update all the rulebooks to v3.1.0, and we want to discuss the changes here to give you some insight into our thinking behind these changes, and the feedback that brought us to them.

Most Cinematic Tabletop Game Ever Filmed
Brent from Goobertown Hobbies and Dave from MiniWarGaming embark on a journey to battle each other in the most cinematic battle ever filmed in internet history! The Human Empire Guard Knights serve as the faction's elite shack cavalry. They have the option of lances or heavy weapons to ensure maximum damage on the charge! For the Dwarf Guilds, the Guardians and their shields are perfect for when you need to hold an objective or choke point while the Artillery's dwarven engineered firepower rains destruction on their foes!

2023-09-18 13:44:25 +0000 UTCLoving the Dwarf Guilds so far. Those mechanics need something. More tools on the belt maybe more greebles! Do you have any known sub-factions for the DG's? I tend to like to choose one and keep to it for colors and theme. On the wiki there isn't any mention of specific guilds or colors. Just curious if there are plans to have those in the future.

You are truly creating for gamers. This is also true for the models. They are sculpted with loads of character, lovely details and are fun to paint.

2023-09-15 05:22:19 +0000 UTCI like the updates and thank you for being so quick about it, you have all put so much work into this. I play the Plague Daemons so poison is a rule that almost every unit has and have found the new changes rather great and easy to exploit too. An example: a plague warrior with a great weapon, (A1, AP2) attacks a model with a 4+ defence. The defending model cannot make a save at all since the only save it could make would normally be a 6+ but has to be re-rolled any number of times. In other words if you match the AP with the right defence value, you cause automatic wounds. Now I am happy with this but some may not when faced against it.
