Community Challenge 18 | Any Previous Challenge!
Added 2021-10-19 21:53:28 +0000 UTCNew here? Wondering where to start? Click here
Hi Everyone,
Every week I post a Community Challenge. This is an opportunity for my Patrons to explore writing music. Sometimes it's about applying some specific music theory concept. Sometimes it's about a specific technique. Sometimes it's an exercise in limiting yourself to some really specific parameters. Other times it's about writing from a very open ended writing prompt.
The goal is to practice being creative and actually use the music theory you've been learning here on my Patreon. In my opinion, the whole point of learning guitar is to express yourself musically.
This week's challenge is: Pick any previous challenge!
To be more specific:
You could pick a previous challenge that you missed when it was first posted, or pick a previous challenge that you feel like you could have done better or differently.
If you haven't tried a community challenge yet, you could pick one that looks the easiest, the most interesting, or the most fun to try! I strongly encourage anyone who hasn't tried a Community Challenge to participate in this one, since you've got a lot of options!
Feel free to write a little blurb (one short sentence, even) about why you chose that specific challenge!
Post what you write for this challenge on this community forum thread.
