Forgive a moment of sentimentality, while I βdrawβ on a little spark of autumn nostalgia.
The season always ignites a sense of remembrance for me. The end of summer slinks by as the days turn to classroom lectures and the smell of new books and new people. A chance to be a βnew meβ and prove I was different and grown a little more. Trees change. Warm wind and grey skies carry a cold front. Raindrops. Papers shuffle. A pencil grinds in a sharpener. Conversation and conflict and daydreaming. Food from a paper bag. And suddenly Iβm over 30.
Another autumn. Here we are.
My favorite season.
Whatβs yours?
