Hi everyone,
I'd hoped to have finished this up by Friday, but after some annoying delays I've finally finished my review for the Call of Cthulhu adventure Carnival of Madness. It's a single-session scenario set in 1970.
I plan to post it for the general public Tuesday once Closed Captioning and all that are added.
Currently, a lot of TTRPG YouTube is focused on what's going on with D&D and the OGL, and I've been asked my thoughts or told that I should also cover it. However, I don't plan to. While it's a hot topic and certainly one that would generate a ton of clicks and traffic on my channel, I don't feel I have anything to add to the conversation that hasn't already been said better on a dozen other channels. None of the games I play or discuss are affected by the WotC OGL and it really wouldn't feel sincere for me to hop into the ring with a bunch of creators who are affected themselves, have a personal stake in it, and understand the situation better than I do.
So my official plan is to keep posting videos as normal, discussing games I enjoy, and hopefully being an island of fun content amid a sea of worry and anger that viewers can visit to learn about various games and general TTRPG topics.
Thank you for all your support,
~Seth
