I'm still around!
Added 2019-09-06 02:12:14 +0000 UTCAlthough I haven't shared anything here lately, it doesn't mean I have abandoned or forgotten about Patreon; I just havent found anything interesting to share here yet. So I figured I provide some update.
I have been experimenting on things I should share here with my patreons past few months. I used to upload HD images of finished commissions here, but I didn't feel they gave much value, since the difference in quality is very minuscule compared to my uploads on FA. Especially when the value of my art comes from the style and the context, rather than the quality of the image itself.
Some of my more recent uploads here were WIPs of images that didn't make the final cut, or sketches that didn't get turned into full images. I personally find stuff like that more valuable to share here, although they don't happen frequently. But that is what I plan to upload here whenever I end up with a sketch I don't use.
The purpose of my Patreon is primarily a place for you guys to support me, rather than for me to provide a ton of additional content that is paywalled behind donations. Of course, being a patreon of mine still comes with some bonuses (I still keep track of Rimmy Points every month, and the commission queue privilege for the $5 tier still applies), though even that is just optional stuff that you may or may not choose to take advantage of.
In any case, I'm still very grateful for everyone who's been supporting my Patreon. The money raised here is continuously being used to help pay for bills and necessities, so I can focus on doing less commissions, and do more personal works like comics and the big game project (which at this rate, may be a year or 2 away from completion)
