Deluge 2.0 Beta 1 is here!

I have spent the week bug fixing the development code and now finally feel it is finally ready for a wider audience.
I have uploaded the beta source code and Windows and MacOS builds (inc libtorrent 1.1.3) to the Deluge ftp:

Debian/Ubuntu users can get the same builds from:
- https://launchpad.net/~deluge-team/+archive/ubuntu/develop/
