Added 2022-01-28 06:45:28 +0000 UTC1. Due to a new PayPal Thailand policy, I can't longer make a payout in pixiv Fanbox, so I decide to pause a Fanbox for a while until something changed.
2. You can cancel a Fans from now on, this is the last month(JAN) for being active.
3. I have to slightly change a commission price to substitute an income from Fanbox
