So Serico had a lot of ideas for a picture about Vyra in some body paint, and as I was brainstorming and sketching, this ritual came to my mind, where Vyra was painting runes on her body with blood in a trance-like state, and that idea really clicked for me. And I know you wanted to see a much more erotic picture, Serico, but I loved this whole shamanistic setting, and I hope at the end you like it too ^^

This is really beautifull looking art. The whole setting looks amazing. I admit that it wasn't exactly what I wanted but in some way it looks better than I was expecting and I can't reject this what I at least got. The whole pose and the look of the markings - this all is so incredible.

So much about this sketch either says or implies a lot about Vyra’s character, whether it be her own trance-like facial expression as she’s committing this ritual, the use of blood to mark her body, the markings themselves and what they could potentially mean, if they have a meaning, the fact that she’s nude for the occasion, or even the smaller details in the background such as the fact the location for this ritual seems to be in a dark cavern of some sort, the candles strewn about dimly lighting the room, giving off a soft and intimate yet eerie and unsettling atmosphere or even the skulls that seem to be smoking a little bit off the side, which one could potentially infer to be what’s left of some of Vyra’s victims, assuming she goes out on the regular to hunt people down for their blood so that she can maintain her power. There’s also something strangely sensual about this picture, like deep down you know there’s something wrong going on here, but you can’t help but be intrigued and almost admire how into it Vyra is. Overall, a killer picture with Vyra here that says a lot about her without technically saying a word. I dare say this sketch whether it wins this month or not could serve as a good foundation for whatever you want to do with this character, especially if she does turn out to be a villain protagonist or antagonist as you seem to be stating in the Q&As. Well done on the sketch, Zummeng. Here’s hoping that we got a vote winner on our hands here and I’ll look forward to eventually seeing what you may have planned for Vyra’s character moving forward. I hope Serico will be happy with this result as well, despite the deviations of what he had in mind.
