I don't know how long the concept of this particular image has been sitting at the bottom of my folders. "Kingjj" wanted to see me draw anything, or something I wanted to draw for a long time; and this sketch was one of many unfinished sketches I had :)
I didn't want to draw Vektor specifically, just someone of his species; I just wanted to play around with a mood I had in my head ^^. But this picture has little elements I might want to use for a character later!
