After the review of I Know What You Did Last Summer, I realized how perfectly good/bad 90s horror movies were. I demand more 90s horror!

2025-02-02 20:37:28 +0000 UTCLooks like my vote is for the underdog. I'm voting for School Spirit! A supernatural sex comedy produced by Roger Corman... Why not?
Jacob Matthew Crawford

2025-02-02 01:53:41 +0000 UTCGrimcutty is so boring. I have no idea what Hell Night is, but I hope it's awful in all the good ways.
Justina
2025-02-02 01:53:17 +0000 UTCI don't even wanna look at the thing, but you're right... Also, I am aware. I don't blame them.

2025-02-02 00:19:30 +0000 UTCThen you can be happy when Brad tears it a new one. If it makes you feel better both Siskel and Ebert gave if thumbs down and if I remember correctly both put it on their worst of the year lists.

2025-02-02 00:13:45 +0000 UTCI love Valentine. One of the few films where the wronged person has revenge on those who hurt them and ends up alive at the end. Valentine > My Bloody Valentine

2025-02-02 00:12:30 +0000 UTCI'mma be pissed if that damn melodrama wins. It's personal, I hate that film.

2025-02-01 23:30:03 +0000 UTCOMFG another close race between the melodrama and the horror film.

2025-02-01 23:06:36 +0000 UTCGot to go with melodrama. The Beastmaster is blind in that one.
Nicklas Thoft Jensen
2025-02-01 22:50:57 +0000 UTCFear? The documentary on the punk band that trashed studio 8A during their Saturday Night Live performance? Sign me up!

2025-02-01 21:46:24 +0000 UTCThough "Fear" was a very close second.

2025-02-01 21:18:27 +0000 UTCFatherhood tends to substantially decrease one's time to see movies.

2025-02-01 21:17:43 +0000 UTCI chose "Fear" but rethought and went for melodrama. The Beastmaster is better than Marky Mark. Also, Tom Sullivan, the real-life person whose life was fictionalized into "If You Could See What I Hear," seemed like a pretty decent guy when I saw him interviewed back then. Here's his story: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Sullivan_%28singer%29?wprov=sfla1

2025-02-01 21:16:08 +0000 UTCI meant worst movies of 2024.

2025-02-01 21:15:28 +0000 UTCI don’t think I’ll be doing one since I didn’t see a lot of movies last year.
Brad Jones
2025-02-01 21:14:27 +0000 UTCUnrelated, but are you going to put out the movies of 2024 list video?
FunnyMusicMan
2025-02-01 21:13:02 +0000 UTCIt is time for the scab that is “If you could see what I hear” to be peeled off.

2025-02-01 21:11:55 +0000 UTCI think we should all pick the melodrama. Everyone knows the Snob loves them.

2025-02-01 21:09:29 +0000 UTCMy vote for Scream Factory releases, Hell Night and School Spirits (but voted for Hell Night, wish I could vote for more choices 😭)
Russell Hale
2025-02-01 21:06:36 +0000 UTCThe melodrama needs a bit more time to win, so I'll go with the early career Wahlberg/Witherspoon thriller
Tyrone Crooks
2025-02-01 21:01:05 +0000 UTCI will always vote for the shitty 80s mellow drama, always.
