Added 2025-10-08 15:46:01 +0000 UTCHey all! I'm sorry for the radio silence. I've been spending the last week or so mostly recharging because my brain hasn't allowed for anything else. Which is fine. I've also been fighting some weird viral thing, so it works out.
Anyway, I am spending today writing (or I am hoping to) and hopefully I'll get somewhere. The chapter is probably... half-ish done? I'm terrible at guessing at it, but I don't expect chapter 1 to be as long as some of the others. Like all first chapters, this is mostly about establishing shit.
I do still intend to write a post mortem of book 1. Eventually. And I also intend to get back to writing shorts. Eventually. Soon, hopefully. With book 1 finished, my options for shorts are a lot more open. For example, there were so few Z shorts because there was only so much I could go into with their character without spoilers.
