Author Check-in and A short short 4/24

There's a new short. It's a very quick glimpse of the first moment R and Carter met. I might expand on it later.
As for chapter 8, we are moving along pretty well right now. The chapter's around 10k and I've finished R's 'route' for it. Those who are interested in romancing R will find the lock-in moment for the romance here. Even if you've spent the whole game flirting with R, you're not obligated to choose the romance and if you've spent the whole game NOT flirting with R, the option is still totally open. The text of the lock in moment changes depending on your flirt points. If they're really mixed, then you get something that's a little more generic.
I've started Z's route and I MIGHT end up including their lock in moment here too? It's hard to say right now. It sort of depends on how the scene pans out. The Kestrel's lock in will probably come in chapter 9---or that's the plan right now at least.
