I somehow forgot what a smug, vapid, brainless douchebag Bill is when he doesn't have a team of writers deciding what he says. Never cared about Haliey (wtf spelling is that?) at all and still don't, but the few times she speaks, she runs laps around him in sheer likeability alone. Not hard to do, but still funny to see
