2025-01-08 22:19:55 +0000 UTC@miarmoa If you don't want a crispy crust, put it in a container shortly after taking it out of the oven and let it sit for awhile (overnight). The moisture escaping from the bread will be reabsorbed into the loaf for a more even texture and softness.
