This is the first video I shot with my new A73 + Prime 35mm, so everything is tack sharp. I can see each one of my pores and hairs. Nobody should be subjected to this personal hell. I will never upload in 4K
In good news, you can actually see some color separation between the beige and white in my kitchen, so it looks much less like a blown out insane asylum. I'm really happy with the technical results of this new setup, and I have the patrons to thank for the cash I used to buy it.
I made a mistake here by alluding to the idea that all short-grain rice can be sticky like sushi rice. I love short grain brown rice specifically because of how unique it is.
I was hemming and hawing a lot over whether or not to say "if you cook rice like pasta salt your water". In the end, I didn't instruct the learner to use salt because I feel like a lot of rice applications want a blank slate. Don't worry, I'm not becoming a browner fatter Ragusea. I still believe in salt.
I expect a bunch of grain-free dog food advocates to clap back at me for the mush advice, but this family was built on dogs eating starches and I'll be damned if I let that go.
