I made these chickpeas for the first time for a tapas party, and it’s crazy how well-received they were. Every time I serve them at a gathering, there’s at least one person who goes nuts for them.
The herbs I used this time were mostly parsley, with chives and a little basil. My basil plant is on its way out now. It’s cold out.
This is the first video in a while where I didn’t have to cut anything major out. These beans are legitimately that simple.
If I could find someone who is an expert in lighting, I’d pay any price to figure this shit out.
These Reddit comments are the first time I actually wanted to flip out at strangers. I don’t get their perspective at all.

Wish I hadn't learned that spaghetti donuts were a thing.... Otherwise this is awesome. This looked so easy I made it after work. I can see why people would go nuts for this.

Don’t stress about negative comments. They will inevitably happen no matter what you do or how you choose to focus your efforts, so consider them a byproduct of success.
