The girl is Eve, she's an 18yo girl who had her former master perform experiments on her (alchemy), and the things done to her locked her form into the look she has. She's a playful girl, with a huge heart, and lots of spirit combined with a little to much wisdom sometimes.
She's one of the Char's from Inheritance.
