this week i have some colors for a potential part 6 print!! i'm so excited for the anime, it's sooo close ><!!!
figuring out the colors for this piece was a real doozy =_=...i worked in grayscale first and then basically added a million bajillion gradient map layers on top......i think you can tell LOL i enjoy how chaotic it is though!! hopefully the final will probably be easier on the eyes.
my first pass at a comp + colors were nice, but it felt a little too 'basic' for something jojo related.
it's not bad!! i actually like it + might do something with it another time, but i feel like stone ocean has a lot of fun iconography and i wanted it to come through in my pic
i'm officially in full con crunch mode for anyc in november ヽ(*￣▽￣*)ノ i can't say i hate it though, i enjoy the nights i can work alone on prints and catch up on series i've fallen behind on!!
