Being in your birthday suit on a glorious sunny sail is a feeling of complete freedom and oneness with the ocean and skies - letting go - all without a soul in sight (other than your crew mates 😂).
It’s common practise here in the heat of a med summer to enjoy a little naturism on board…and of course we wouldn’t discourage anyone from enjoying the experience but it makes sense to show our bodies love by protecting them at the same time.
Something you can do go alongside using topical photo protection is actually TRACK changes in your skin using a ‘Mole Map’….it’s a simple process of downloading the body map (see link below or link in bio) and noting changes to any moles monthly. ❤️
