Beer and wine are available at supermarkets here, but the hard liquor we have to purchase from government shops. Suntory whisky from a pharmacy..!? What do they call this country you live in, "Paradise"? (Curious to know how they handle the issue of teens wanting to buy the big boy drinks.)
